  • Our services are designed for children aged 3+, but registration and interaction must be conducted by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Unauthorized use of our website or services, including hacking, data scraping, or fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.

3. Parental Consent and Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s participation in SwatKids events and activities.

  • By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enroll your child and accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments for SwatKids events and services must be made in advance through our designated payment methods.

  • We do not offer refunds unless an event is canceled by us or under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • Any payment disputes should be reported within seven (7) days of the transaction.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • SwatKids reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify registered participants in such cases.

  • If a user wishes to cancel participation, they must notify us at least 7 days in advance. Refund eligibility will depend on our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos, and training materials, is owned by SwatKids and is protected under intellectual property laws in India.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission from SwatKids.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • SwatKids takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during our events unless caused by gross negligence.

  • Parents/guardians acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks, and participation is voluntary.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection laws in India.
