REFUNDS

At SwatKids, we strive to provide the best experience for our participants and their families. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns will be granted for our services.

1. Event Cancellations by SwatKids

  • If SwatKids cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • We will notify participants as soon as possible via email or phone in case of a cancellation.

2. User-Initiated Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your child’s participation in an event, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event’s start date.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the notice period and the reason for cancellation.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a registered participant fails to attend an event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • We encourage timely communication in case of an inability to attend.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Refund requests must be made via email to swatkidsofficial@gmail.com with relevant details.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services, such as digital content, downloadable resources, and personalized assessments, are non-refundable once accessed.

  • Any service that has been partially utilized may not be eligible for a full refund.

6. Partial Refunds

  • In cases where only part of a service was used, partial refunds may be granted at SwatKids’ discretion.

  • Requests for partial refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 14 days of the original payment.

  • We will review and resolve refund disputes fairly in accordance with our policy.
